Really disappointed in my treatment and the service here. During my annual wellness exam, they told me if I wanted to talk about any of my health concerns it would be considered a more in depth visit and I would be charged extra. Apparently a wellness exam includes nothing because they didn't even ask me basic health questions, do any lab work, or do any kind of exam. It's really frustrating because I just want to receive normal healthcare and instead I wasted time off from work for nothing.

Questionable business practices! We took my daughters in for a well check, and the doctor asked some questions about headaches and digestion and then wrote some notes. Then they billed us for a regular office visit, because we discussed headaches and digestion, which aren't considered well visit topics. We didn't even bring those topics up!! I've never in my entire life felt like a good or service was worth so much less than what was charged. $700 for a physical exam and urine test. You cannot make it up. Dr.Anderson is great but clearly the owners of this establishment care about 1 thing. Its not your health. Its not your wellness. It's your money. Simply disgusted. Unjustifiable. Surely hope this is a billing error but if not I'd rather die than give this place another penny. (Review pending/subject to change until billing is final).
