I booked my first full skin check April 14, 2026 with Dr Alia. She came in and never once even touched my skin. She held a magnifier a foot away from me and took about 4 minutes looking at my skin. She never looked at my face, ears, toes or scalp. What was the point of coming in? She seemed to be in a hurry and I didn’t feel like I even got a skin check. I will not return. For what we pay for health care and appointments, patients deserve time and get the procedure they are paying for.

I booked an appointment with Dr. Davis, but I got assigned to Dr. Alia on Friday June 20 2025 at 8 AM. I tried to explain to her that my itchy leg skin has lasted more than two years, but appeared to ease about 2 months, I also described about my condition when I booked my appointment in hope a skin test would be performed. Even though this clinic stated on their website that they take care of age spots, they do not. I was told to go to the cities if I wanted that. So it was a waste of my time and money. The dr I saw hurried me with my questions. I think 5 minutes was all the time I had with her. Very disappointed with this appointment.

Charged me $345.05 for a 30 second phone call. Literally just needed the doctor to approve refills for a med he had already prescribed to me in the past. Called the billing department and they said nothing they could do. Next time I get sick I'll just 🤞and hope for the best
