Excellent communication, Helpful and Friendly Staff. I would recommend it to anyone! Very happy with my experience at this clinic.
Called to get my meds refilled, no answer at Nurse station. Sent email, they sent a message back saying they don’t refill meds by email, even tho it’s through my patient portal! My meds are important, very important, and I get very tired of “begging” to get my meds refilled. Most difficult and nightmarish task I have to go through monthly! When you do finally reach someone it’s a very, very slow process of getting the meds in at the pharmacy. My husband stopped in to get a flu shot on a Tuesday afternoon around 2:30. He was turned away because apparently they already had a limit of shots given today!! No one was in the waiting room- now you think someone can make a exception and just go ahead and gave him one! I worked at the Mankato clinic for 35 years and i have given flu shots many times for patients that walked in!! What happened to patient care? It's not like he asked to have a major surgery done at that moment !! SERIOUSLY
Excellent care! The whole nursing staff seemed super busy and overloaded, but they took the time for me and gave me the individual care I needed. The staff is always so nice and polite to me. They seem short staffed though so making an appointment makes the experience a lot better for everyone!
