I would give zero stars. Never showed up at the time of the appointment. Messaged us the night before at 10 pm to change the time. I called and didnt even know i was calling a cleaning company because all he said was hello. No customer service what so ever. Didnt even know our name when we called about our appointment.

Agree with other reviewer.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were going to finally show up 4 hours late to our apartment at 9PM to finally clean our carpets. We told them to not even come and spoke with the owner who then defended this type of service. So if you want your carpets cleaned from 9PM-midnight or something with questionable results go with these guys!

Terrible. The person assigned to clean our carpet called at the time he was to be here on a Saturday and said his generator wasn't working. We had moved all of the furniture with a friend's help. He asked if he could reschedule for Sunday morning at 10 AM and said he absolutely would be up and running by then. He called at 9 AM said his generator didn't work and wanted to know if we had multiple circuits in our home. He said there was a 50/50 chance he could do it if he came out. Would use less than one star if possible... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. They came to our house and left standing water on the carpets. They left a disgusting mess in the shower they used for a drain. They will not return numerous phone calls. The one online review (by Nate Nelson) was written by the same person that came and cleaned our carpets.
