Very caring and competent physician. He listened to my concerns very intently. I have referred many of my neighbors and friend to him. Dr Ben is our family doctor. If a referral is needed; he send you similar competent and caring providers. If you want a doctor that has your best interest at heart; Dr Ben is the one.
Dr. Ben has been my primary care Physician for the past 10 years. He is an awesome Physician. His bedside manner" is the best". He takes a lot of time in explaining about the severity of the condition,its prognosis and also he takes pride in educating with enough hand outs. I have also noted that he is a good teacher as he takes ample time with his resident doctors in explaining the signs and symptoms with diagnosis. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Ben for about 6 years. We absolutely have no complaints about Dr. Ben. He is very caring and attentive to us. He takes the time to explain the illness and explain preventive care. While on family vacation, his wife was staying in touch with me by text message to ensure that my husband got an appointment to see the urology. We are happy to have a family doctor like Dr.Ben. I have been with Dr. Benfor years and believe him to be everything you hope your choice for a primary doctor will be. Yes, you probably may have a wait a little to be seen but that's because he doesn't rush through his patients. He takes time to listen to concerns and questions and genuinely cares. Highly recommended.
Had the very worst experience as a new patient at this office. I requested to have my medical records sent in advance. Upon arriving I was asked to fill out paperwork. I had advised the office staff that my records had been faxed. After waiting for a very long time a lady asked me to provide additional information. I had told her that my medical records were faxed and they were already there. She asked me to come to inside to ask me some questions. We have the utmost confidence in him. My husband and I have been his patients since we moved to Brandon 5 years ago and we have the highest regard for him, we keep telling him that he is keeping us alive!!
I have been under Dr Ben care for a number of years. I consider him as one of the best. He is always on top of things relating to my health. This man is a wonderful Dr. I would highly recommend. He has taken care of many of my serious health issues.
Very knowledgeable Doctor. Does not sugar coat anything and tells you the way it is. If you are one of those like to see doctor as drive thru please go to some other doctor. He really spends time with you so sometimes it can be a wait. I feel comfortable knowing he really cares about his patients BUT if you are not going to follow his recommendations please don’t waste his time.
