She is a very good doctor. Very knowledgeable, kind and cares about her patients and doesn't put making money first. In her office you feel relaxed because you feel the doctor and her very kind staff are your friends. Dr Jian spends time with you and checks everything without you asking her. In her office unlike the other doctors you are not send to a room wait for ever till the doctor arrives. You are been seen according to your appointment time or with a little bit of waiting. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Jain and her lovely staff. She’s kind, she listens, she’s immediately responsive to any complaints, she clearly knows what she’s doing. I have been surprised by the level of care I’ve gotten from her considering I’m a medi-cal patient. I’d say she’s a far better doctor than I am a patient as I don’t always follow through in a timely way because of my many responsibilities elsewhere. she is ok, but she doesn't do much besides writing referrals and sending you to the lab. She never calls you with lab results. She wants you to come in. I guess I have been spoiled with my old primary physician who always called and even did the healthy women exam, blood drawing etc in her office.
Worst experience. She in only interested in making money as much as possible, with little care for patients. Not going here again anymore.
