I have been seeing Dr. Sharma for about ten years now and I have always been happy with her care. She is very thorough and always takes the time to listen to all of my concerns. All of her staff are exceptional. They are kind and caring while remaining very professional. I know that I am getting the best health care possible.
Dr Sharma is kind and thoughtful during her exams. The medical building is bright and modern. Staff is efficient during check in process and also in the exam room. Easy Rx refills online. I am happy with the care from this practice.
She is very good but the Asencion system for making appointments Is Terrible waiting >72 hours for a pre op appointment with no response
I sent a message to the patient portal over two days ago due to me being extremely sick. No response still at the time of this review. I called the office number to leave a message and reached an on call number. I asked the on call rep to leave a message. She read a prompt and said "If you would like to leave a message, a doctor should call you back, but you will be charged a fee". I asked her why, when I'm only leaving a message? Great Dr. I’ve seen her for 2 years now. She has always listened to my concerns and answered all of my many questions. I will certainly continue my service with Dr. Sharma despite the long distance drive. I recommend her to anyone looking for a PCP in the Columbia location.
