I am writing this review to warn other renters and buyers about our deeply disturbing experience with Manjit Hundle, who acted as the leasing agent for a home that should never have been rented due to serious health and safety violations. Manjit knowingly withheld critical information before we signed our lease for 1691 Crescent Drive in Walnut Creek — a property that turned out to have raw sewage smells, gas leaks, broken drainage lines, and code violations confirmed by licensed contractors and inspectors.
