I really liked how doctor helped my husband. She called him and asked him is he was okay or should we change medication if needed. It was weary for us to get access to her when we really needed her
They cannot even give appointment for really urgent issue, I was suffering with lot of pain. If we need to go for emergency for everything why do we need PCP in the 1st place. I don't understand why these people are in health care, absolutely no empathy. I had another problem earlier, doctor couldn't diagnose at all, she saod "nothing comes to my mind". What kind of reply is that, I don't understand.
The doctor did a very competent job. The only problem is she asked my 21 year old daughter in an inconsiderate manner to tell me to leave the room at the visit. Made me feel like a dish rag when I have taken painstaking care of my daughter in very difficult situations. My daughter was comfortable with me being there. Goes to show that technical competence is not enough- anyone can acquire it. What is needed is consideration and compassion.
The doctor & the staffs were very accommodating & very nice. Their clinic is very clean and smells so healthy. My doctor is very concern everything about my health.
Dr. Manjari Aravamuthan is one best doctors I have ever seen. She listens to my concerns and her diagnosis is always correct.
