Doc Shastry has been my child's pediatrician since birth and has been a wonderful leader in her health care plan. She's kind, patient, and actually listens to your concerns. Every question my daughter has asked along the way is answered thoroughly and in easy to understand terms. Our concerns are always taken into account. She isn't one to just push prescriptions and run you through the system. If I could figure out how to pass as a child, she'd be my doctor too!
doctor is great! but she has a newer receptionist that isn’t very friendly, younger girl, it makes it hard to want to call for anything!
If I could honestly give 0 stars, I absolutely would. My son was born in Memorial hospital in 2021, where I'd asked why he wasn't feeding or latching, Shastry was on rotation for his pediatrician at the hospital, why it looked like he was born with no uvula, where he failed his hearing test 7 times and I was only made aware of 2, told it was fluid in his ears and no referrals were made for ENT and they got me out in the same 24 hours I gave birth.
