Came for a service call due to furnace blower not blowing very hard. Spent 1hr 25 minutes here from 445pm until a little after 6 pm. Told us nothing was wrong after 25 minutes and proceeded to try to sell my wife a new furnace for 30 minute's after telling us the only issue was filter was a little clogged. They went back down after we refused to purchase a new furnace for a clogged filter, and ever since they left now the furnace is making crazy loud noises, and they charged us $380 for them to try to sell us and then break ... read more
I had a new furnace and some duct work completed, I did complain about upstairs being cold in winter because of the duck insulation they put in ceiling which does not heat upstairs at all , I did ask they run threw the wall to bedrooms no they just did what they wanted to do. During installation they caused some damage to walls which were not part of the refurbishment and did not care to fix this. I do not recommend them at all. We had an excellent experience working with Scott on the sales side. He did a great job offering options but never pushing, just sharing his experience. On install day for a new furnace and AC unit, Eli, Shawn and Chase ( and an apprentice!) did an amazing job. They cleaned up the space well, talked through the steps they were taking and did a great job talking through the steps they were taking. Overall I would recommend Manitowoc heating!
Furnace went out on one of the coldest days of the year Jeffery came right out on a Saturday had us with heat in no time at all, he has been out by us a few times working and is always a pleasure to deal with, thanks again
