Was interested in becoming a new patient, told me they book out a few months and want a $25 deposit to make an appt. I refuse to pay a deposit to any business to give them my business. I would understand sending a bill for a no show or something but this lady’s first question was do you have all your insurance information and we collect a deposit and if you have any work done we refund it. No thanks.
Dr Jake is a one of a kind. I highly recommend MFD if you are not happy with your dentist. My family is very happy with Dr Jake and his team.
I finally found a dentist I like. Very professional and fun to talk with. Assistants were great. I will be telling my family to make the change.
They do not guarantee their work. I had a denture made six months ago. A tooth cracked made an appointment. It caused me $200 to see the doctor. They said it wasn’t covered by their guarantee. Only the repair no exam was covered. I would not suggest going there.
I am very picky about my dentists, I’m not great with pain and super sensitive with my teeth. However, after coming here about 3 years ago I have been super impressed and comfortable with my dental hygienist and dentist! My hygienist listens to me and follows my requests when it comes to cleaning my teeth and is always super friendly and personable.
