its filthy...inside and out!

I’ve been going to this place since I’ve moved here which has almost been a year,but today is the last day I will step foot in there. I’ve overlooked the filth and the crappy wash machines....BUT YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION CLEARLY SAY OPEN DAILY 6am-10pm. So tell me WHY when I put my laundry in,and ran down the street to grab my kids something to eat,and came right back the doors were locked? At 8:40 pm? Then when I call corporate they say to just come back tomorrow...the doors automatically lock and unlock? Wtf kind of shit is... read more

Hi Trina. I forwarded your comment to management. We really don't want to lose you as a customer. Sometimes power interruptions can interfere with the automation. Customers can leave in those instances but no new customers may enter. So very sorry.
It has always been clean when I've gone in there. The only I'd like to see is wifi.

This place is a wreck. Equipment seemed to be working fine but the floors were filthy, the machines were dirty and the large trash bins were overflowing. So gross.

Dirty n nothing ever picked up or cleaned..picked up 50 to 75 dryer sheets off the floor n garbage packed full

The place is filthy like no one cleans the place at all the machines work just fine but when u have to clean out a washer before u use it come on

Your able to do your laundry fine..my compliant is how terrible the place is kept. For this maybe being open a year it looks absolutely terrible! Its not taken care of what so ever, floors are all falling apart and its dirty all the time. The machines are not kept clean and seem to break down fast. Its just aweful inside!
