After five months on a bumpy road trying to sell our house we changed direction and found Manitou Springs Real Estate and Skye Lewis and Kelli. This team set us on the right track and helped us position our house to be sold. We had excellent photography and staging and we made a few cosmetic changes to the house. All this, coupled with an effective marketing plan, resulted in our home selling in 6 days. We could not be happier with Skye and Manitou Springs Real Estate.
I've bought three homes with Skye and team and sold one. 2 in Manitou Springs and 1 Colorado Springs. Everything went really smooth and I felt like the deals were really fair on both sides. His mom Rachel has also been involved and they have patiently shown me hundreds of places lol. My go tos. I also had to back out of one bad deal where the mortgage broker that I brought made a mistake and they helped close that deal up for me in a neat way without me losing a ton of money.
Manitou Springs Real Estate was amazing to work with for purchasing our dream home. From the minute we met Skye we knew he was the right realtor for us. He as personable, kind, knowledgeable and always had timely communication. Buying a home and moving can be very stressful and we were so grateful to have Skye on our team!!!!
UPDATE: time came for us to buy another house, so we chose to work with Rachel again, and again she was amazing. We will continue to recommend Rachel and her team to anyone looking to buy.
