Worst service ever! Waited 10 minutes and someone who worked their was walking our way and just walked pass us! Didn't even ask if we needed anything! Never going back there again! And all we needed was ice! Really crappy customer service!
My wife and I purchased a new tri toon this year from here, I can't say enough how impressed we are with the boat and the crew of people who made it all come together thankfully we were one of the lucky ones who got out boat by memorial weekend it's was a couple weeks late but still it was delivered to us on Friday of that holiday weekend and I want to especially want to thank Ladd and his help for the extra hours he put in on my boat just sorry to learn he has recently left manitou beach marina! Top notch service. Picked boat up at the house and dropped it off! Can't ask for more.
Had our boat docked there in 2016 and cant wait for the 2017 season to begin. Todd, Ladd and the entire staff have been nothing but helpful. Anytime we asked for anything it was always no problem. The Beach is Beautiful. The Marina is Beautiful. They sell Boats, Parts and provide service. I actually called one morning while I was at work I was having trouble with the trim control on my boat. Ladd said he would fix it by the time I got out of work and he did. Couldn't have asked for any better service than that!! Sam & Jeryl.
Had a super fun time at the MBM open house (despite allllll that crazy rain:) Can't wait to see this place when it's all finished! How exciting☀️⚓️!
