Wish I could give less than one star, incredibly unbelievably rude and unprofessional
I had a really terrible experience with their AP department and the person I dealt with was Azam Syed. He's incredibly unprofessional and seems completely oblivious to his mistakes. a 5-year-old could point out where the problem lies. Even we could move on if they were unable to resolve the issue, but the main problem is his attitude .
Please have your receptionist take a course in RESPECT. Rolling of her eyes at me and saying “it’s there for a reason” and “have a great day!” (we all know the meaning and translation to that comment) I sensed she was having a bad day and I didn’t want to go to her child like level.
