Whats the point of making an appointment time coming early for the appointment so you aren't late only to been seen after people who's appointments were booked after your appointment time and almost 3 hours past the original appointment time?? Absolute joke... My doctors appointment was at 8, the office called at 7:30 am to let me know my doctor is sick... keep in mind im waking up at 5:45 a.m. and leaving the house by 6:45 a.m bussing here in the blistering winter cold and they dont have the decency to call earlier!? Dr Drexler and his office are very unprofessional as they charge no show fees, but wheres my no show fee when he cancels with 30 minutes notice! Everytime I go here im always left waiting an hour after my scheduled appointment time to be seen. Disast... read more
My dr is great, and all the staff are pretty good. I mean the receptionist is a bit of a miss but there purpose is to keep it moving so I’m good. Today’s experience with the EKG group was incredible. I’m a big hairy bear, and those stickers are always a fear…. But the incredible women who hooked me up…. Was sent straight from heaven… she knows what she was doing and had incredible bedside manner! No pain and just a quick experience
Very rude switchboard staff. When I inquired if a certain doctor worked there she rudely said no then hung up immediately
