Train your agents to answer phones properly!!! From the agents that answer the phone and direct you to doctors, and the doctor's receptionists needs to be retrained on how to talk to patients and treat everyone nicely! You're serving Manitobans and being paid by Manitobans. At least learn the courtesy and do your job properly!
We had an appointment with Dr. Bansal for our child and were disappointed with the overall experience. The doctor arrived approximately 45 minutes late, which was frustrating, especially with a pediatric appointment. Whats the point of making an appointment time coming early for the appointment so you aren't late only to been seen after people who's appointments were booked after your appointment time and almost 3 hours past the original appointment time?? Absolute joke... My doctors appointment was at 8, the office called at 7:30 am to let me know my doctor is sick... keep in mind im waking up at 5:45 a.m. and leaving the house by 6:45 a.m bussing here in the blistering winter cold and they dont have the decency to call earlier!? Dr Drexler and his office are very unprofessional as they charge no show fees, but wheres my no show fee when he cancels with 30 minutes notice!
