Are room was switched (suppose to be an upgrade) do to a celing leak. Instead of getting a river view we received a view of an ice cream stand. The room was filthy with hair and water in the bathroom, yellow stains on the towels (they were also damp), and sand in our bed. We slept ontop of the top sheet with nothing ontop of us and ended up getting bites on our legs. I've tried to reach the office via the phone and email but haven't had any sucesses.
