Staff is indifferent to patients needs/concerns. Staff is borderline hostile with little compassion or respect for patients time/health. Staff doesn’t call you when test results come in. Staff gets mad when you call in to check if results are in. Staff gets mad when you point out how unprofessional it is to not call a patient waiting for test results.
