Arrogant and dismissive. She answered a MyHealth message that I sent to *my* child’s doctor about a really scary medical issue she’s having. Manisha, answering on my doctor’s behalf, blatantly disregarded the concerns I sent, and then closed the entire conversation so that I couldn’t even reply to her. The fact that she closed the conversation felt heartless and cold when a parent is just trying to rule out a cancer diagnosis.
Dr.Panchal has a special way of connecting with her patients and families. Highly recommend her!
