Dr. Patel and his staff are absolutely awesome, they are great at addressing your concerns promptly. Dr. Patel performed surgery on my foot and he did an amazing job. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs a Podiatrist. They are well versed in what they do. Thanks to Dr. Patel and his staff!
Two years ago, Dr. Patel performed ankle surgery for me, and I overall happy with the experience and the results. He took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain the surgery. His bedside manner was great —kind, attentive, and professional. The surgery went smoothly, and my recovery along with PT went well, but it was a process to get back to normal. I’m grateful for Dr. Patel’s skill and care and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an foot and ankle surgeon. Thank you, Dr. Patel
I broke my ankle several years ago that required emergency surgery late on a Saturday night. I was so nervous about having surgery. Dr. Patel came in and eased me and my husband’s mind. As for someone who have spent several years in the medical field beside manner is huge for me. Dr. Patel exceeded that expectation. I wanted to go back in and see him and was shocked by the low rating, but there was no way I could not leave a review for the care he gave me almost 10 years ago
I would give a 0 if that was an option. Back in May 2023 my PCP referred me to Dr. Patel because of a piece of glass in my foot . Also a Type 2 Diabetic. When I saw Dr. Patel he ordered an X-Ray.He also stated a MRI would give him more of a pacific area of the glass. The end of May his Erica called and stated that my insurence had informed them that more information was needed for the MRI to be approved. Terrible quality of care from both Podiatrist (Dr. Manish Patel) and staff. The miscommunication and vague answers after my brothers surgery caused us all a lot of frustration. Only went with him because our PCP in the same building referred us, should have seen his reviews online prior to booking.
