I appreciated the efficiency of the office and how genuinely interested Dr. Patel was with my case. Very kind, attentive, and good bedside manor.
Dr. Patel performed a cystoscopy on me. He was very nice, clearly explained the procedure, understood it would be uncomfortable, was quick but thorough, and when I said it wasn't THAT bad, made a joke about doing it again :-). But if I have to do it again, I'll have him do it.
Dr Patel was through, he listened and answered all my questions. He also discussed next steps.
Dr Patel knew my history and current situation. He was very easy to talk with, answered all questions, asked me all the right questions. Only a few minutes wait time.
