I have been consulting with Dr Mehta and find him as a really good doctor. Staff does get busy sometimes and needs to take effort in reminding patients of appointments so we dont miss it.
Office staff/receptionist is the rudest woman I've ever spoken to in my life. After 6 calls to Dr. Mehta's office, each interaction was worse than the last. I have issued a formal complaint with CMS over the office staff's treatment of patients.
4 days after my procedure I felt really bad. I called the doctor after hours and even though he was paged 2 times he never return my call. I think twice before calling the office everyone is very rude. The Dr is ok.
My experience with his Lynnwood office staff (Sandra and Veronica)was really bad , i didn't make to the doctor yet and that tells me about the doctor himself. All i see is bad reviews, going somewhere else.
I found Dr. Mehta to be an excellent doctor and he went above and beyond with me. The only problem is his office structure makes it hard to make a quick appointment or get in touch with the doctor. I was able to get in touch with Dr. Mehta via fax and he called me right away. From that point on, it was an ideal experience.
Very professional but down to earth. One of the best in his field.
