Lacks general bedside manner; made patient feel ashamed when asking for mental health resources; dropped patient when they received medical marijuana card.

First let me say I love Dr. Joshi, his receptionist.....well not so much. She is never friendly ever! I've been calling his office for a week now and never got a return call. I finally actually get to speak to this woman who sits at the front desk and she gets condescending with me. This woman clearly does not enjoy her job and clearly should not be in this field. Would it kill you to crack a smile or be kind? She just wanted to get me off the phone as quick as possible. All the other women are kind except her.
Dr Joshi is a nice guy, but the Southwoods organization and his associates staff make simple tasks unbearable. Want to call his office? First you’ll wait 10-20 minutes for the southwoods dispatch to connect you to his office. Sometimes the call will just disconnect and I’ll have to wait 10-20 minutes again just for DISPATCHER. Pharmacy sent prescription request 3 days ago. Do they respond? Nope. After calling them this morning they called me back 3 hours later.
