Excellent experience. Dr. Bhuva was personable, invested in asking and listening to my current health, explained what he was going to do and what the experience would be like and then met with me after and explained his findings and wanted to hear any question I had. Staff at GI Partners were also great. Personable, caring, attentive. I recommend GI Partners and Dr. Bhuva.
Colonoscopy: friendly and professional staff, great service, prompt, easy, efficient. Arrived at noon, procedure at 1:00, I was out the door by 1:45 but never felt rushed. Dr. Bhuva + Germaine, R.N. + Ashley, R.N. + front desk staff did a great job!
If my honest opinion is wanted - here it is. Dr. Bhuva has been my doctor for almost 8 years. He himself is heaven sent. His assistant, Holly, is what gives him a bad name. She has got to be the rudest person I have come across in my 56 years of existence. One time she didn’t hang up the phone before she started cursing about me. I saw Dr. Bhuva at GI Partners of Illinois in Barrington for a screening colonoscopy. I was put at ease, and treated with kindness and efficiency by all the staff, nurses and Dr. Bhuva. Would highly recommend.
