Wonderful service with Dr Manish Patel in Suffolk for my 2nd total knee replacement! From checking in by a beautiful lady, she remembered me from being there in December for left knee . So kind & pleasant at 6am!! Then taken back by another sweet lady for temp & weight, then excited when I saw the same nurse I had in December for prep! She remembered me too!! Everything was easy! All went extremely well thus far. Husband had a total knee replacement and every aspect went well thus far at Bon Secour Harbour View Surgery Center. Every person with whom we dealt was kind, patient & excellent. We were kept well informed throughout. The procedure was 4 days ago and he has had 0 pain - none at all- it’s quite unbelievable. Highly recommend Dr Patel and his medical staff!
