Worst people I have ever dealt with. Not 1 window is the same size, one is a 1/2 inch smaller than the rest. The floor is like a roller coaster. Walls are not straight and I can go on and on. Now I going to have to spend a bunch of money to fix it. Because they don't warrant crap they put out. Not very satisfied with the quality of workmanship in our new home. And when they finally come to fix things, they make it worse. It takes forever to get a response and help. They take shortcuts every where. Even had HOT uncapped electrical lines laying in the attic. Glad my husband didn't grab them or he could be dead!! having problems with home. had a buildings inspector go over the home. it was not bolted together properly, they use fiber board for all trim which swells when wet, door casings are made of the same and when a screw needs to replace forget it. it will not hold nothing again. look at the photo. this is what is happening to all the windows an baseboard. this is not high-quality materials, it is cheap, cheap, cheap building materials. and where is the 1/4 round??? foundation is not built properly. center piers are taller than t... read more
