Made an appointment 2.5 weeks prior and she accepted it right away and then after waiting 15 min past my appointment time she would not take me during the time that was accepted stating I did not have an appointment when I had both email and text confirmation, which I showed her. Wasted my time while my daughter was at preschool (limited to two hours).
