Always very professional and friendly. All of the estheticians are so good at what they do and it is a pleasure whenever the owner John is in. I always see Tu for my shellac pedicure and she is the best!
Shotty business practices. I had 3 nails break a bleed from the same set because the nail tech did not do her job properly. Negotiated with the owner prior to going in again saying he would do the set for free. Upon paying the set was not free and the nail tech did not do the shape I had asked for. Said I was rough with the nails and that’s why they broke even though the nail tech clearly saw that the prior tech did not do it right. I’ve been here 5 times now and each visit always goes so well! Everyone’s so friendly and welcoming and the nail techs are really professional and talented. The salon is very clean and hygienic, and they even have beverages for you to enjoy during your visit. No complaints. 10/10 totally recommend.
