Initially left a poor review but I do feel that Ben with the company made the attempt to make it better and reach out to me but the trash service is very reliable. I was frustrated due to an incident in which they accidentally dropped the 4 yard dumpster at one of my business' on the fence but they actively tried to follow up and make it right.
Extremely Disappointed with Manifold Refuse – Unacceptable Damage and Poor Customer Service While Manifold Refuse may be reliable when it comes to regular trash pickup, their customer service and accountability leave much to be desired. Recently, their team damaged my property—specifically a brand-new, professionally stained fence—by carelessly dropping a 4-yard dumpster directly onto it. Remember the old saying, “The customer is always right?” That’s certainly not the case with Manifold. I was yelled at two different times by the person answering the phone there. If that’s the customer service that they offer, I would highly recommend using any other trash service. Apparently, the person I spoke to on the phone, and I have a totally different perception of the conversation we had last week and then again today. I stand by my original review.
As dependable as any business could be!
