This company is very slow and that doesn't work for prescriptions that need to be taken daily. They said that they would reach out when it's time for a refill and they didn't. I have had to call every time, then it takes another week for them to ship it out! They also never respond to emails!
Current incident With Your Company. I had a very upsetting conversation with the Manifest Pharmacy manager and some of their staff. I requested that my medication must be the same brand name as my previous ordered due to its great effectiveness on me. Your staff assured me on the phone that I would receive the specific brand cream that I requested. Update. I have confirmed that the information this pharmacy stated in regards to how I should be taking my medication was inaccurate. The most inappropriate conversation I have had from a manager and some staff of any company. This call could have been handled in a much better manner. I was unaware that I wasn't taking my medication correctly.
