Moving my prescriptions to manifest has made my life infinitely more difficult. They do not send refill reminder emails like they say they will. My prescriptions are late. I spoke to a representative two days ago who said she would fill my script. I called today to check the status and nothing happened. It was not filled or put in process at all. They have told me on more than one occasion that their system is backed up or busy because of the holiday season. It’s amateur hour stuff. Truly a terrible operation.
ordered a prep kit and told them my date was 1 week away. they promised delivery in time but the next day cancelled my order without telling me.not cool.
I never get my medication when I need it. Then I pay for express shipping and it takes longer to get to me than regular shipping. I’m close to paying for my medication out of pocket instead of using insurance, because I never get what I need from manifest. They should be ashamed of hurting people with a medical need.
