ordered a prep kit and told them my date was 1 week away. they promised delivery in time but the next day cancelled my order without telling me.not cool.
I never get my medication when I need it. Then I pay for express shipping and it takes longer to get to me than regular shipping. I’m close to paying for my medication out of pocket instead of using insurance, because I never get what I need from manifest. They should be ashamed of hurting people with a medical need.
This company is very slow and that doesn't work for prescriptions that need to be taken daily. They said that they would reach out when it's time for a refill and they didn't. I have had to call every time, then it takes another week for them to ship it out! They also never respond to emails!
