Made an appointment for 9:00 a.m to come in and be told . “ we don’t take appointments on Saturday but I didn’t have a way to reach you and I knew you were coming in any way so I just decide to wait for you to come in . “ I drove 20 minutes and wasted time and effort for nothing .
