My husband booked me an apt woth them today for 11 am. Showed up 10 minutes early. The woman thay checked me in confirmed that I had an appt for 11 and told me it would be just a few minutes. 45 minutes later waiting and not one if them acknowledged me again before I finally got someone to notice I was there only to be told the stylist I had been booked woth was not even at the salon amd they have no idea what happened.
