I came here to look at an Xtrainer and everyone was super friendly and helpful. It was a totally different experience than what I had with other shops. I felt completely comfortable and unpressured while I was there to make my decision. I also used Manic Moto to install the lowering kit on my new bike and they did a great job. We had a slight misunderstanding with the pricing, but they went out of their way to make it right which I greatly appreciated.
