Called Patrick for a wheel alignment. He gave me a quote and said alignment is his specialty. I brought the car in after it had already been inspected elsewhere and was told it only needed an alignment. After 45 minutes in the back, he came out claiming the tie rod was bent and printed a $1,000 invoice for work that supposedly “had to be done.” I declined. Took care of my old bmw , great to deal with , honest and to the point.
Patrick is an absolutely ridiculously rude business owner. Ruined my car and refused to own up to his mistake. I was willing to forget the issue but his attitude stinks and because of that I am really ticked off. Hope his demeanor changes and so does his mechanic skills.
Very friendly and professional. Answered all of my questions and explained in detail what needed to be done. Car drives great!
Took my vehicle in for something small, he ended up trying to replace the engine and eventually stole my car. He has had it for one year and hasn’t returned it. We are now taking him to court for it.
