Awful! These people failed to show!! – Awful. These people stood me up today. I called 2x during the week to confirm an 8 am cleaning, given my tight schedule for an important party. Day before right before they closed, they left a message confirming a noon cleaning. I left message, and woman called back changing it to 9 am. Today 9 am came and went without a maid. Have left 3 messages and heard back nothing.
Use Manic Maids – I've been using Manic Maids regularly for close to 4 years to clean my 3 BR condo in Wicker Park. They've been flexible with my ever-changing schedule and have always been very conscientious about their work. I would, and have, recommended them to others.
Excellent Cleaning – I used this service recently and would definitely use them again. They were able to provide same day service.Two cleaners showed up about 15 minutes late, I did need to call the office to translate though, but they did a great job.They even got the stains out of my tub which nobody else could. I could'nt find my slippers til the next day though which annoyed me. The office called up to make sure I was happy which I appreciated. Having tried numerous companies, I would give these guys the thumbs up.
