We use Manic Maids at work and the team is great. Chris is great at communicating and he's quick to respond as well as does not brush off a single concern. The team came back to make sure all areas we're being cleaned and that we were satisfied. Really happy with their service.
Manic Maids - $25 per hour and you provider all supplies. Used Manic Maids with my boyfriend for about 9 months. There were continuous mix ups about when the maid was going to come or not. She also spoke almost no English, which was not that big of a deal. We asked for someone to come in 2 times per week but was told that was not possible, they can only do mon tues or wed. I love Manic Maids, and have been using them for years. I usually have the same person (Maria) and she does a fantastic job. My house is clean and my kids love to come home and see how Maria has arraigned their stuffed animals on their bed! Even when I am working from home sometimes, Maria is respectful and I can see how hard she works. Thank you Manic Maids!
OK, but pricing minimum is an issue – I've used Manic Maids about 4 times, all in the last half year, and have been mostly pleased but with some issues. Once they sent 2 maids who didn't speak English and had to be instructed over the phone by their manager. The actual cleaning performed has always been quite satisfactory, however. My primary issue is with their price plan: they charge a minimum of 3 hrs per visit regardless of how small your apt/condo is or if it doesn't merit that much time to clean. TERRIBLE service – I have never written a review before and Manic Maids awful service has inspired me to do so. I have been stood up by them TWICE now. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and attempted to use them again after their first snub only to be stood up again. When I spoke to the manager, Sonya, about the terrible service and asked for them to make it right the following day, I was told that wasn't possible. 10 Years of Great Service... – ...and running... I started using Manic Maids when they were a small company in 1993, and continue to use them regularly. The service has always been great. Friendly personnel as well who will "jump through hoops" to get the job done, and done right, even when my requests are occasionally unrealistic. I strongly recommend them.
