I couldn't believe how amazing the flowers looked - I walked in and was mouth open in awe at the majestic outcome of the roses I ordered. Plus I was greeted with gentleness and helping hands as I was clumsily writing the card and holding the flowers. Thank you!

I have no hesitation in recommending this florist on several levels. I phoned from Canberra this morning In the hope I could have a same-day delivery, even though it was a Saturday. The person I spoke with was lovely, nothing too much trouble and my birthday recipient was thrilled when she received the most beautiful apricot Phalaenopsis orchid, exactly as it was described to me. So for wonderful service over and above and an exceptional orchid, I am very grateful.

Very disappointed with the flowers we ordered. Ordered on Tuesday and they weren’t delivered. Rang Wednesday arvo and they couldn’t find my order initially. Said there had been problems with the website and they found order in back end. No problems at all with that, arrange delivery for today which have recently been delivered. Roses look days old, wide open with petals just about to fall off. More green foliage than Patel colours which was ordered. At $80 but $17.90 for delivery I expected a bit more.
