My husband ordered a bouquet of flowers for me for Valentine’s Day. Due to the high demand, he was informed that delivery would not be possible on that day and was offered delivery on Monday instead. He agreed to this arrangement. However, after confirming the new delivery date, he did not receive any further communication to confirm the delivery time.
