Comfort Care Home Care in Grosse Pointe has been great to work with. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The care my mom is receiving has made it easier for us to have some free time and know she’s in good hands. The caregiver is on time. She truly cares for my mom and my mom has said, she’s sad when she leaves. This is a great company.
I worked for comfort Care for over a year now. they do not take care of their employees. they do not pay gas mileage they allowed a client to sexually and physically assault me then when everything blew up their "fix" was to literally ignore me and take me off the schedule. From the personal attention of the owner, to the RN, to the daily caregivers, everyone at this company helped to improve my father's quality of life while he was bedbound at home in hospice care. We could not have given him the care he deserved without them.
