I brought my friend here because she has had bad experiences at other salons before because of the fact that she’s in a wheelchair and I am completely appalled by the way that she was treated at this salon by employee Van and especially that the receptionist was watching the whole time and did nothing about the way she was treated. All she wanted was a basic manicure and have her toe nails cut as well. I just got my nails done & that was probably one of the worst pedicures I've ever gotten. I can't even remember what her name was but I asked for a classic pedicure & let me tell you, SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. - she didn't file or shape my nails in correctly (deadass didn't even CUT TWO OF MY NAILS) - didn't even do basic cuticle work. - my polish is already peeling -- which is INSANE. - she didn't even clean up around the toes & omg, it was HORRIBLE.

I’ve usually had good experiences here, but my last visit left me questioning whether I’ll return. On a previous visit, I wasn’t feeling well and, although I had an appointment with Tara, the front desk referred me to another technician. I didn’t speak up at the time since I wasn’t thinking clearly and didn’t think it was a big deal.
