Went in today at 4:30 . The place was empty. No joke, and they said they were booked. Um? I pointed to empty seats at the high tops and was told "booked". Asked for a manager and was told "they will just tell you the same thing " Manager: well if you'd be willing to sit at the high tops then maybe we could seat you" People, I'm literally looking at an empty restaurant at 4:30 in the afternoon and already agreed to sit wherever. We are turned away with a party of eight including kids for the umpteenth time st 4:30pm when the place was empty. We’ve been loyal customers for many years but this was the last straw. We walked down to Knights and were seated immediately
Server didn't bring the 2 appetizers we ordered. When our dinners were served we reminded the server we had ordered 2 appetizers. finally our appetizers were served after our dinner with no apologies for messing up our orders. He didn't seem to care. also served us burnt toast.

Friends and I went here for brunch during Ann Arbor pride weekend last month and the food was outstanding! Excellent coffee, pizza, and pancakes. Our server was also very friendly and attentive.
Great pizza offerings and very good small plate selections! Food is very good!

Loved the fresh and authentic Italian cuisine. Realistic portions too. The ravioli and summer salad were excellent. Very good wine list too. Wish you would offer bread with the meal though. Definitely plan to return.
