This nail salon is exactly what its name reflects Cozy. Everybody is so friendly and the service is wonderful! They never disappoint!
Went there because my sister recommended them. Person I got for builder gel made my nails super thick with 5 layers of builder gel and made 4 nails bleed from being too agressive with the e file. I’m not even sure they used builder gel as I’m having a terrible time getting it off. I’ve also never had a gel polish fade and the one they used on top went from bright pink to basically white after 2 weeks. Just find someplace else

Did not have the greatest experience today. The services were ok that wasn’t an issue. I went with my daughter, I was getting a pedicure and she was getting a toe polish change. My technician was ok, but the guy who seen my daughter did not say one word to her, not a hello, nothing and just seemed kind of bothered. I’m not sure if he was upset because he wasn’t going to be making much money off just a toe polish change or what it was but he was not very kind or personable at all. Definitely disappointing.
