This place barely deserves a one star. I made an appointment online with Vi over a week in advance for a regular pedicure. When I arrived early, I was told that Vi was not there due to a family emergency. I totally understand things come up. I was “assured” someone else would be doing my pedicure. I sat in the pedicure chair for more than 15 minutes waiting to be taken care of. I get it , they had to have someone else fill in, on top of other appointments.
