This place barely deserves a one star. I made an appointment online with Vi over a week in advance for a regular pedicure. When I arrived early, I was told that Vi was not there due to a family emergency. I totally understand things come up. I was “assured” someone else would be doing my pedicure. I sat in the pedicure chair for more than 15 minutes waiting to be taken care of. I get it , they had to have someone else fill in, on top of other appointments. Usually good but they seem rushed lately when doing nails. Got dip and two of the nails chipped within a week. Unsure if I’ll keep returning here
