Did not have the greatest experience today. The services were ok that wasn’t an issue. I went with my daughter, I was getting a pedicure and she was getting a toe polish change. My technician was ok, but the guy who seen my daughter did not say one word to her, not a hello, nothing and just seemed kind of bothered. I’m not sure if he was upset because he wasn’t going to be making much money off just a toe polish change or what it was but he was not very kind or personable at all. Definitely disappointing. I’ve tried to go to this place multiple times and every time they say the same thing, we are booked. How is a place booked every single time?!
Service provided: basic acrylic full set with gel Pros: the salon appears really nice. The experience was quick but didn’t feel rushed. The music was fun. Cons: by week one I had a loose nail, a few days after that I had a second loose nail. I went in to get them repaired. Between 2-3 weeks every nail was loose and falling off. I’ve gotten my nails done for years at multiple nail salons and never had nails just lifting within two weeks.
