I love my time with Chloe at Mani Cave in Washington PA. It’s so worth my 35 minute drive. She is a gentle artist, able to create just about anything you describe. I’ll be back.
Been going to Chloe since she opened. She is kind, easy to talk to. Show her a picture and she can do the art. She is good!
