This is called a dealer auction, but it does not feel like they care about dealers at all. Customer service is horrible and very unhelpful. This auction used to be good years ago, but not anymore. I have been around auctions for a long time, and Manheim Portland is not what it used to be 20 years ago. Very disappointing experience.
