Guys , please don’t trust Manheim , they are the ripper . Most of the cars not in good condition, you won’t receive whatever you will be paying . Don’t do auction at all . Check the car first physically then decide . I trusted them as thought a big company however they are sitting to rip you off. A business can’t run this way .
Deceptive and misleading conduct. Their aim is to make sure your personal property are in their possession until sold. Access to personal property was refused. They will put every hurdle in front of you. Rude on the phone and email response time was shocking. If you can't run a business with ethics in a fast-pace society, you deserve to lose.
They sold me a car deferent from their discerption, they advertised higher trim badge while the car was basic. I made a complaint against them but they started playing games, next step take them to court.
