I've bought many cars and never had a problem. Until I bought my last car. My last car had an original ashtray in the internet advertisement pictures. In the vehicle delivered to me with their own transport vehicles, there were none of the accessories such as ashtrays and wheel jacks that appear in the pictures. I have repeatedly contacted for this theft incident, but unprofessional customer representatives have delayed the issue and finally closed the issue.
Terrible customer service I don’t recommend unless you want to be treated like you don’t exist. Hopefully I don’t have to deal with them again.
Scammer, don't trust those people, am filing up a case against them... I will not leave them alone before they solve my problem..... U all should take ur matters with them to media outlet and fair trade
