My car was recently towed by this company on 12/10 and my physical debit cards that were left inside the vehicle received fraudulent charge attempts on 12/14 in upwards of $500.00-$1000.00. My debit cards have never received fraudulent charges like this. Thankfully for this company and myself, all my cards were disabled so there’s no need for police involvement, but I no longer feel confident in the employees, lots, or companies that Manheim partners with.
Their number doesn’t work. You call the number and make any selection from the menu, and get an error saying “the number you have called is not in service.”
