I lost my day there waiting for the tow driver from Manheim to take the car out of the lot to be transporter. from 12:30pm to 4:30pm I lost my time there. I walked the entire lot looking for the car. they don't have enough personal to help you. and the one they have can't do nothing to help. I never see nothing like that in any other place. I don't see any employees motivation about the job they doing. I going to stay away from Manheim the more Is possible. I not recommend this place.
