Literally drove 3hrs to check and see if 3 trucks I purchased from here would start and drive so i would know what type of transport to arrange. Was told that you can't go on the property unless you are taking the vehicle off the property today. The guy in front of me (drove 2hrs from Bakersfield) was told the same thing. Can't bring a jump box on the property to start a vehicle that you have already paid for to make sure it runs good enough to pull up on to a trailer. You win some you loose some! Read the condition report, read the screen, read the app because if you ever feel cheated out, even if you go to arbritration and open a claim you never win. For the most part staff is nice but when it comes to any dispute you never win. Me and a few other guys bought some Ford Step Vans for about $4000 thinking they were gas because it said gas on the screen and original ad, however they were all electrical. I recently attended Manheim Fresno and had a very disappointing experience. After submitting my offer, it was initially declined—but about an hour later, the offer was accepted with additional announcements (triple disclosures) that were not disclosed in the original listing or contract. This felt deceptive and unprofessional. When I raised the issue, Martin Sandoval (the general manager) was rude and dismissive, acting as if nothing unusual had happened.
