I recently attended Manheim Fresno and had a very disappointing experience. After submitting my offer, it was initially declined—but about an hour later, the offer was accepted with additional announcements (triple disclosures) that were not disclosed in the original listing or contract. This felt deceptive and unprofessional. When I raised the issue, Martin Sandoval (the general manager) was rude and dismissive, acting as if nothing unusual had happened.
