I’m very disappointed with this new policy of not allowing customers to test electronics before leaving. The store sells used items, and buyers should be able to verify that electronics are working properly before taking them home. Many customers travel long distances to pick up purchases, and it's unreasonable to expect them to accept that risk without being able to test the item first. This new policy is frustrating, unfair, and discourages customer confidence. Because of this change, I will no longer be shopping here.
