Manhattan Vision Associates (MVA) was founded by Dr. Arkady Selenow and Dr. Steven Ali in 1984 when they combined their successful private practices to establish a state-of-the-art, multidisciplinary approach to eye care. MVA offers vision and eye health exams, medical care of eye diseases, and customized contact lens fittings. We also have excellent optical and contact lens departments.

Didn’t have the opportunity to experience much, I was extremely disappointed at the lack of basic empathy. I called to postpone my appointment for possibly the following day because suddenly and unexpectedly I was unable to leave my job for a 2:30pm appointment. They refused to waiver the $50.00 fee because of their policy. As much as I understand company policies, I really believe as a courtesy the fee could have been wavered. During these times I believe a bit of flexibility would have gone a long way.
