Didn’t have the opportunity to experience much, I was extremely disappointed at the lack of basic empathy. I called to postpone my appointment for possibly the following day because suddenly and unexpectedly I was unable to leave my job for a 2:30pm appointment. They refused to waiver the $50.00 fee because of their policy. As much as I understand company policies, I really believe as a courtesy the fee could have been wavered. During these times I believe a bit of flexibility would have gone a long way.
